INGLOT Bloggers Event Limerick

Last night I attended the >INGLOT< Blogger event in Limerick that was taking place to give us a sneak peek  into some of the new products coming out. I was delighted to receive a complementary goodie bag and of course being the INGLOT fangirl that I am, I also purchased some products on the night!

INGLOT Colour Play Mascaras

So I was recently invited to the INGLOT Mid-Summer Madness Event in the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick. INGLOT is a brand I have raved about in the past and they continue to impress me. One thing that was happening at the event was the launch of the Colour Play Mascaras. Colour.... mascaras!!? Yep, breath, don't panic, it's not as scary as it sounds!

I'm really delighted about this! These are the exact same colours that I just bought myself so I hope you like what I chose. INGLOT Limerick Xmas Event & Surprise!

In case you don't know by now, I consider myself a big fan of INGLOT Cosmetics. They have great quality products, a huge selection and very reasonable prices. I was delighted when I found out that they were opening their first store in Ireland out of Dublin! 

Last night I attended the official launch/Xmas Shopping Event at the brand new INGLOT store at the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick. The night was full of special offers with 10% of everything in store, more products with even more off and the first 25 people in the door at 6pm received goodie bags! I was not one of those lucky gals as the queue was more than impressive! Nearly though! I did however receive a complementary makeover voucher! (Would you like one? Keep reading!) In-case you don't know, the store is located by the escalators/underground carpark entrance. With permission I took some pics of the fabulous store for you all to have a gawk at!


The Limerick Inglot Team were all so friendly and very helpful on the night. So refreshing to see such great customer service!







How could you not be impressed by that!! At the moment they have arranged some special Christmas gift sets. Here's a look at a few of them.

Oh my am I happy with my 10 Square Eye-shadow palette! (Regular price €55) Swatches coming on tomorrows special post!


Lipstick number 411. It's a beautiful matte burgundy colour. (Regular price €12)
AMC Cream Blush number 84. It's a dusky baby pink colour. (Regular price €14) I think the blush could be really handy for your handbag, because it's small and won't crumble and break like a powder blush. He's a rough pic below of me wearing the lippie and blush. (can't see my coldsore/spot thing from this angle... wink! Looking a bit pale though, apologies, have no foundation on!!)


XMAS SURPRISE!!

Now finally I have a special treat for you all! I spoke with Denise, the manager of the store prior to the event and also on the evening. I also met the Inglot brand manager Jane and we had a little chat about the brand and the new store. They very generously organised to offer me an eye-shadow palette worth €55 to giveaway to one of my blog followers!!! Yay!! I decided to pick the very same colours that are in my own palette. Full of grey, brown, gold, copper, wine colours. 



I'm so excited about this!! I want everyone to know and try out some Inglot! I also have two more complementary makeover vouchers valid for the Limerick store.

Hello again Ladies.

You may have heard the news I blogged about HERE and Tweeted about HERE. If you haven't, just click the links. I have further news to add about INGLOT.

They are opening in  Blanchardstown, Dublin on Saturday 8th October at 11am!! To celebrate, they will be giving away goodie bags to the first 50 customers in store! Little Kiva (You Tube HERE) will be there on the day and will be giving "make up masterclasses" .

INGLOT opening in Limerick!

Morning Ladies!

I have just heard some very very exciting news!! (it's mega exciting for me anyway!!) INGLOT is opening a store in Limerick!! I'm absolutley ecstatic about this. I'm sure many of you (and Inglot themselves) know that I was desperate for Inglot to open a store in Ireland somewhere other than Dublin. I was sickened to find out that they opened a third store in Dublin - rage!! But finally they are opening one in Munster!!
 It will be in the Crescent Shopping Centre in Dooradoyle and will be opening in a few weeks.
By the way, if you live in Limerick or nearby, they will be looking for qualified Make Up Artists so if your interested you can email careers@inglotireland.com

Inglot Lipstick 144 and Sleeks Cream 97

Hello!

Ok so I wrote my "Swaul" post recently sharing with you some goodies I received from a swap I done with all-made-up-21. I received an Inglot lipstick and lipgloss. I'm using BIG pics so I hope you like!! I'll start off with the lipstick in number 144.

My first reaction was.......that is PINK. To be honest wasn't overly impressed looking at it all! But when I tried it on that changed. It seems to transform to a more subtle paler version of what you see in the tube. It reminded me of MAC Viva Glam Gaga but more wearable because it's lighter. I took some comparison pics which I'll include at the end. I have some other Inglot lipsticks which I can do a post on if people are interested. This lipstick in particular is a "cream" formulation. They also do matte and pearl but they do no specify what it is on the the itself - which is quite annoying!

Next up is a lipgloss, or to give it its correct name "Inglot Sleeks Cream" in number 97. Here are some picks of the gloss and me wearing it on it's own with no lipstick.

 This matched the lipstick perfectly!! The packaging is unique in that it seems to be fashioned in a test tube style. It has a gorgeous vanilla smell which goes very well with it in my opinion as the formulation looks creamy and creamy goes with vanilla - in a way!! The only complaint I'd have about this is that when applied on it's own it does sink into the creases of the lips (you can see in the lips close up). But over the lipstick it's lovely. Not majorly long lasting though.

Overall I'm really happy especially with the lipstick. The lipgloss is nothing to rave about though to be honest. I really do like the smell but as I said before it does sink into the creases of the lips, is not long lasting and also to add it's not majroly glossy either! But it goes so perfectly with this lipstick I can't bare not to recommend it to match!!
