So; if you’re a fan of URBAN DECAY you might have already heard the news. They have recently revamped their eye shadow line, including reformulating them to a softer, velvety texture, more dense and decadent colour, smoother blendability and they are now formulated to be longer lasting and to have more crease-free wear.

They have also added some new shades to the pack making it a total of 68 shades available. These include best-sellers, new shades and fan favourites previously only exclusive to certain palettes. Yay! These shadows come in a variety of finishes:

The exciting bit!!!
Something also very exciting is the new packaging. They have revamped the original design of the iconic subway token (did you know that’s what it was!!). I personally love the look of it but it’s not just a looker... it’s practical. Here’s the scoop.

The pans can now be popped from the pot!! Urban Decay are now selling customisable palettes so if you buy a single shadow all you have to do is pop it out of its pot and snap it into your palette.

Hope you're enjoying the sun if you have it today. It's fab here in Cork all day, so fingers crossed it stays for the week.

I have a bit of news for you. From time to time I'm going to start adding videos into my blog. Sometimes it's just easier to show a product, or a product in action in person (on video through the screen in person that is!!) rather than in pictures so I will be doing this using the platform...... you guessed it! My You tube Channel - FitzAndBitz

I have some video's on there from when I gave it a go last year if you want to check them out. In the meantime, I have just filmed my (second) first video of it being as part of my blog.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mommy's reading this today. I hope you get treated to something a little special and get to spend some time with the reason you have a day dedicated to you..... your children. My mother is currently enjoying a weekend away so I'll have to treat her when she get's back. Usually my sister's and I organise something for us all to do together. Rather than buying something we prefer to spend time with each-other to celebrate.

For those of you who don't actually know, I have a son Cathal who is 6. I found out I was pregnant at 17 and had him when I was 18. Obviously I was a young mother but found the whole process and journey amazing and was very well able to deal with it. James (Cathal's dad) and I have been together for almost 8 years now and the 3 of us (4 including Bul) are extremely happy. I am so grateful that everything fell into place for us but in saying that, we did work hard to make it that way.

I was treated to breakfast in bed this morning and was smothered in kisses, a card and chocolates by Cathal. I decided to be a bit more feminine today and am wearing more a less all different shades of purple, clothes, make up, nails and jewellery. It's beautiful and sunny here at the moment so I'm writing this as I sit at my front door on my blanket which Cathal layed out for me, while Bulmer tries to get up on my lap as I type!

Hope you're enjoying your long weekend.

I want to link a post that Ellie over at MissE-Blog wrote. It's a post dedicated to some of her fav Irish bloggers and vloggers and I think it's a great idea. Click HERE to have a look.

Hope you have a lovely St. Patrick's Weekend and Mother's Day to all the mommy's out there.

Men. I guess some of them like to take care of their hair too. I tormented my boyfriend James to put some Schwarzkopf Professional products to the test and after some final words of encouragement (perhaps a bribe or two!) he agreed.

Now James is not a fella for his grooming. Don't get me wrong, he takes care of himself, but only to the bare minimum.... meaning he's always clean and smells nice, but that's about as far as he goes. He doesn't use face wash, moisturiser, I won't even mention fake tan or teeth whitening because he'd have heart failure at the thought of it!! But one thing he does do daily is his hair. It's a short clean cut (half back and side and a 1 or 2 on top?? Something like that!) so before these products came his way he used Dax which is a thick clearish wax. He doesn't exactly "style" his hair but likes to give it a shine and put his fringe into place. Recently though he mentioned and I noticed that he had a few spots on his forehead and I thought it was from his Dax, so these products couldn't have come at a better time. Now that you know a bit about the guinea pig, lets move on to the products.

I awoke this morning to sun shining on my face. That makes a change. It's been so cold lately I've wondered if we would get any sort of proper seasons this year! It's not mega warm today but I embraced the bit of sun and went for shorter sleeves. Look at Bulmer below.... haha!! He's like "the hell is urwan at!!?" He sat there gawking the whole time I took pics!

I write this from the edge of my bed, 9:02am. My special edition Harrods Glossy Box has arrived and I want to share with you all immediately what I received. I was concerned that because I am in Ireland that we would be left with the crap products because everyone in the UK would receive their boxes first. There was one item in particular I was really hoping for and low and behold.... it's in my box! Ya!! Wana see what I got!!? Lets go!!

So I was aimlessly browsing around Super Valu the other day and obviously wandered over to the personal section. BAM! In my face, there it was. A very feminine looking bottle of Lynx. I inspected it further and realised it was in fact, a limited edition deodorant bodyspray for women! I hadn't heard about this at all but apparently the ad on tele for it has already aired! I tweeted a pic of my discovery (obvs). Sure enough a few of you had heard about it. I didn't get a chance to smell it but decided that night that I wanted to buy it to try out.... yaknow.....just cause!! So I did, and I tried it out yesterday.
