Here are some up close shots of my newest lipstick; RiRi Woo from the Riri Hearts MAC Fall 2013 Collection.
RiRi Woo (retro matte finish) is described as a “matte cool red. It’s a classic, retro red with cool undertones.
It's my first time trying a retro matte finish and I find it the hardest MAC lipstick to work with as it is quite dry, making it stiff to work into the lips. Therefore I believe using a lip pencil will give a more controlled, precise application. In saying that, if you want to use it straight from the bullet, I would say quick short strokes are key, rather than trying to swipe across the lip.
The colour is unbelievably pigmented and lasts for hours. It can be drying on the lips so make sure you've prepped by exfoliating the lips and wearing a moisturising balm the night before!
It's priced at €22 £.16.50 $22 but is Limited Edition so be quick!

Obviously the packaging is..... b.e.a.UUUUTIFUL! The Rose Gold bullet is eye catching along with Rihanna's R Logo and her signature wrapped around in pink. Her signature is also etched around the actual product inside which is a really nice touch.
