Dia daoibh.
I have not been blogging as regularly as I would like for the past while. Sickness has hit me a few times; nothing serious just chest infections, problems with my asthma and a tummy bug I was hit with last week. Boo :( I feel like doing a random picture catch up blog. Here we go:
Things I'm liking!
I won this Jimmy Choo Perfume and Shower Gel set a good while ago from Andreea over at ArtDonatella and I really love it! It has quite
a unique scent, a real clean laundry kind of smell!!
My new desk! No excuse for not being organised to blog.
New Make Up storage. Might do a seperate post on this
Carmex in tube form. Bought these two babies on ebay. Not a mad fan of the mint but the cherry is nom!
Things I'm disliking!
Bulmer messing up my back door with his muddy paws.
Seeing so many empty Yankee Candle jars and not enough full ones!
Food and Health
I have been using these Sona MultiPlus (multivitamins & multiminerals) for a while now and love them. I have definitely noticed my nails growing stronger and longer and I feel they are working well for me in general.
Some random food I have been eating. I've cut down on a lot of carbs now though and am very much into fruit and veg. Cathal has been taking part with "The Food Dudes" is school recently; basically just a fun programme about eating more fruit and veggies so he's been having his share too.
I'm also recently very much into the following:
-> protein shakes and juicing! I joined the gym at the start of the new year. I have been going but not on regular set days which is what I aim to build up to doing :)
Events
I've been to a Munster match in Thomand Park and also visited the big shmoke for a match in Croke Park
I'm not a major Valentines Day celebrator (is that a word!) Me and James are together almost 8 years... we know we love eachother. Period. We did give eachother small treats like above with a card and I cooked a nice steak dinner. Suits us just fine :)
Pancake Tuesday was this week. Cathal was delighted! He and I are massive pancake lovers and I'm know to cook them on other occasions rather just on Pancake Day! Tutut! I had mine fairly classic, butter, lemon and sugar.
I hope you liked this post of my catch-up. Let me know if you would like to see more of them perhaps!
Speak soon!
