Viviscal Journey - Update #1

Click >HERE< to read my first post of this hair growth/health journey.

Dia doibh!

So I have been taking Viviscal tablets and using the shampoo and conditioner now for two weeks. So far I haven't missed one tablet and fingers crossed it stays that way! I have been using the Viviscal shampoo and conditioner every time I wash my hair.

A week after I had my hair cut/my first post I had my front layers trimmed and bit shorter and thinned slightly. It was  bit front heavy so I asked the hairdresser to shorten it.

Week 2 15/03/13

No major growth results obviously yet but my hair has been looking very shiney lately. My hair is still shedding quite a lot when I shower.

Shampoo and conditioner.

Unfortunately this stuff stinks. It smells like a  lice treatment which is not good. Very sad about that. Because it's paraben and sulphate free it's really hard to get a good lather. Even though I have short hair I find myself having to shampoo my scalp 2-3 times to feel like it's fully clean. I use the conditioner mainly on the ends and  bring the excess up my hair. To mask the horrible smell I use a nice leave in conditioner/heat defence/mousse etc afterwards!

As you can see above I have used a lot of the shampoo in the two weeks, about 3/4's of the bottle already! The conditioner is measuring at about where the sticker begins.

Speak to you in 2 weeks!
